Recommended Steps to Determine Sizing
You should always refer to the size chart for each item you are considering as size charts can differ from one brand/style to another.
If, after referring to the size chart for an item, you are unsure on the sizing follow the steps below.
1. Select a garment you currently wear and like the way it fits.
2. Lay it on a flat surface (your table, or floor) and smooth it out so it looks like the diagram on this page.
3. Measure from one side to the other - about 1" below the armhole (Line B in the diagram). This will be your garment's 1/2 chest measurement.
4. Compare the measurement you got off of your garment to the size chart of the item you are considering.
